NEXT ROUND OF ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE (14/09/24) |
Hailsham Youth Service continues to go grow, providing a range of opportunities and activities for young people in the town between the ages of 11-17. |
The Friday Night Project (FNP), which is run by Hailsham Youth Service, supported by the Safer Wealden Partnership and funded by Hailsham Town Council, works in partnership with organisations such as Knockhatch, Hailsham Community College and Freedom Leisure to help create fun recreational activities for young people on Friday evenings and will continue to be a feature on their social events calendar throughout the rest of September and into the autumn. |
A variety of activities have been planned, including indoor and outdoor activities at Knockhatch Adventure Park and a Halloween-themed pottery glazing session at Belle's Pottery Studio and Cafe. |
Also featuring is a Youth Night at the new Station Youth Centre premises in Western Road, at which young people will be able to play pool, table tennis, board games and take part in craft activities.
